Leapster and Tag Book coupons

For those of you with kids, there are some coupons out right now on www.coupons.com for LeapFrog products.  These include a $4/1 Tag Book Coupon, $5/1 Leapster Learning Game, and $2/1 Tag Junior Book.  This week at Toys R Us the Leapster games are BOGO so if you use 2 $5 off coupons you can get 2 games for only $14.99.  Also, keep an eye out for Tag books on clearance.  I picked some up at Shopko awhile back that were on clearance for $6.97, making them only $2 after the $4 off coupon.

Swagbucks, Swagbucks, Swagbucks.....

What is Swagbucks you ask?  To put it simple, you use Swagbucks to search the internet.  You are rewarded with swagbucks anywhere from 1 buck, 2 buck, 10 bucks, etc.  These add up and you can use them to get prizes.  For example, I usually cash in and get Amazon gift cards, a $5 Amazon gift card is only 45 bucks so it doesn't take much to get one.  They will also randomly put out swagcodes for you to enter that will earn you more bucks.  I have a widget on the left side that you can use to search or to check if there are any swagcodes out at that time.  Check it out!  Swagbucks

One helpful hint is if you do a search and don't earn a swagbuck, try hitting the search button again.  I've done this and have gotten a swagbuck after hitting the search button again!  Have fun earning free stuff!

Pick n Save to Double up to 10 coupons on Dec. 23

Normally, Pick N Save or Copps will double up to 5 $1 coupons on Wednesdays if you spend $25 before coupons and after store savings.  They will have a special on Wednesday Dec. 23 and will double up to 10 $1 coupons if you spend $25!  I'm hoping it will be a good ad!!  Stay tuned for some deals when the ad comes out this weekend!

How did I do it??????
Kelloggs cereal was on sale for $2.50 a box.  If you bought 8 then you got an instant $10 off, so making them $1.25 a box.  Skippy Peanut butter was on sale for $1.28, Bagel Bites 2/$3 and bananas were 39 cents a pound.  If you spend $25 before coupons and after store savings on Wednesdays you get to double up to 5 $1 coupons. 
So I had the following coupons to use:
4- $1 off Kellogg coupons
4- $1 Bagel Bite coupons
1- 75 cents off 2 Skippy peanut butters
1- $5 off 4 Kellogg cereal coupon
1- Free Nature Source Coupon I got from emailing SC Johnson

I don't have that Coupon! What now?

The Sunday paper inserts can vary by the region you live in.  A lot of the time I don't get some coupons in my area that I really want.  What do you do now?  You can buy some coupons!  Check out http://www.couponsthingsbydede.com/ you can buy whole inserts or just cut coupons.  The prices really do vary, you can pay just pennies for a say a $1 off coupon to like 20 cents for a few dollars off, etc.  Shipping is pretty cheap and they send them out right away that day if you order soon enough.  I have also ordered some coupons on eBay.  I would suggest checking both out for the best price before ordering some.  Remember, that it takes time to receive in the mail, so if you want the coupons for something on sale for the same week you'll want to order early in the week like Monday or Tuesday to receive them in time!

Great Deal at Target on Olay ProX products

Olay Regenerist Sculpting Cream is advertised for $23.89 and other Olay ProX products are included in sale but price might vary.  When you buy select Olay products that are $20 or more you get a $5 gift card.  So if I use the Regenerist as an example, if you buy 3 at $23.89 your total is $71.67.  Use 3 $10 off Olay ProX coupons from Vocal Point to take off $30.  So you end up paying $41.67 plus tax out of pocket and you'll receive $15 in Target gift cards.  Then submit for the $20 Olay rebate here so you end up only paying $7 plus tax for the 3 products!
