The other weekend I made these chicken strips up and flash froze them. What does that mean? I did everything up to the point of breading them, then I put them on a cookie sheet and stuck them in the freezer for like 20 minutes to freeze them quick. I then took them off the cookie sheet and put them in a freezer bag to make for a quick weeknight supper. Hubby is at home today with a sick boy, so we'll see if he does a good job making them!!!
